Slowly but surely, I have been trying to make the products we use in our household more natural and safe for the family. It started when I had children, naturally only wanting the best for them! It got me thinking, and questioning why am I not doing the same for myself? I now try to make a conscious effort when possible to find products and brands that are safe, and natural for the whole family. Right now RAW SUGAR is one of my current favorites when it comes to skincare products.
I first heard of the line from my younger sister who had been raving about this hair masque. She could not get over how soft, and healthy her hair felt using it. She mentioned ongoing, it will always be a staple for her! Since trying it, I agree more! It also it sent me back wanting to try the rest of their product line!
There are a lot of things that I am LOVING about RAW SUGAR! For starters all of their skin care products are packed with Certified organic extracts and are made through a Coldpress Technology delivering all the goodness! They contain no sulfates, no parabens, no phthalates, no dyes, and are all cruelty free!
They have an amazing giving program which focuses on improving the lives of others by providing a bar of soap to a family in need for every product sold. Buying products for myself that I love, and are helping others all over the world is a no brainer to me!
The Raw Sugar Living line is available at Target which could not be more convenient (or dangerous, ha!) for me, as I am there all too frequently! The kids had fun helping me chose what shampoo and conditioner to pick, we decided on The Bounce Back. It contains mango butter, agave, and carrot oil extract. It smells delightful, like a smoothie I would eat on the regular! I also purchased this body butter. The Pineapple + maqui berry coconut aroma won over the kids and I! After a long day outside in the sun or other elements, it’s such a treat to apply this body butter fresh out of the shower or a bath! Sometimes we forget our skin is our biggest organ, we should be more careful what we use on it!
On to the packaging, very aesthetically pleasing and looks darling displayed in any shower/bath! I just love the bamboo-esk looking caps, and simple design that doesn’t leave you guessing about the ingredients.
